my stay at comfort inn was fantastic! check-in was super quick, which was amazing after a long drive. the room was clean and had everything we needed. the staff was really friendly, especially the young lady who helped us track down my mom's insulin. the indoor pool was a great spot to unwind, too!

The breakfast selection felt limited as the power outage left only cold items available. Furthermore, the electricity went out for several hours, leaving the room without lights or hot water until the next morning, which felt frustrating. Billing issues also arose, causing unnecessary confusion at check-in. what should have been a straightforward process turned into a bit of a hassle.

We did have one weird incident when a housekeeper opened our door a bit too early while we were still inside.
